INVOICING & TAXES –VAT APPLIED

Accommodation Invoices will be issued once the Scientific Meeting ends, according the Greek Tax Legislation and will be sent electronically.

Accommodation & Breakfast costs include all proper taxes and respective vat (according to Greek special vat regime, article 14) except for the necessary on-stay-over tax (climate resilience tax) 3,00 € per room per actual night stay which should be paid by the resident upon check out directly at the Hotel’s Reception Desk.

Payment Policy

Cancellation Policy

Written Notification of Cancellation must be sent to nt@congressworld.gr

For written cancellations sent 45 days before the beginning of the course, 50% of the total amount of charge will be refunded.

Unfortunately, refunds are not possible to be made for Cancellation Notifications that will be made 25 days before the beginning of the course.
